Go with the e rating they are tougher/more firm for our heavvvvy trucks. There are a lotta guys running duratracs on here and club hummer, so just give it a few days to start popping up.

Default Duratracs

I love mine. I got them about a month ago, and took them on a 1K mile roadtrip and took them on some rough dirt roads and they perform great and ride great on the road. I went with the 285/75/16 (33") and haven't done any mud or extreme rocks yet, but I know they'll do well.

I have Duratracs. I really like the way they look and perform.
I went with 285/75/16, I think 265 is too small. 285's are only an inch taller but looks like it fills in the wheel well better.

My recent experience with the tires was unfavorable. I kept the stock 265's, love the look, and had them back at the tire shop 4 times over the following week trying to get them properly balanced. They never were able to get them fully balanced and it bounced down the road like a basketball. I finnaly swapped them out for BFG All Terrain KO and haven't had any problems. Only 1 wheel has a weight for balancing as opposed to when they were trying to balance the dura-tracs, which required a minimum of 1 large weight and 2 small weights per wheel. I could have gotten a bad set, maybe a fluke, but given the numerous problems with the Wrangler RT/S tire....

Cool lookin tire though.....

You wont regret the Duratrac's , especially if you get deep snow. I went with the 315's.

If you have to drive on snow and ice in your area, Duratracs are a great choice.

I considered 265's but am happy that I upgraded to the 285's instead. The 285's are load range E as opposed to the factory spec. D but still have a comfortable ride with 30lbs. inflation.

You will want to rotate them often, I do it every 5000 miles with each oil change and they are holding up nicely with about 20k miles on them now.

Is it just the angle the picture was taken, or is your spare hitting the bumper in two places?
