Default Windshield "buzz" in high winds

I recently purchased my first Hummer, a 2007 H3. When driving on the interstate during significant winds, I am hearing a somewhat loud and very annoying "buzzing" sound that appears to be coming from the plastic that runs up the corner of the windshield frame on the driver's side. Sound familiar to anyone? If so, is there a fix? Driving me nuts...

Thanx in advance!

It's my BIGGEST complaint about my H3!!
I don't think there's much you can do other than replace those pieces. I've heard of a few quick fixes but the problem returns.

Thanx for the reply. What are some of the "quick fixes"? Would glue or and epoxy help if applied to the back, I wonder?

I think guys here have tried silicon but the problem is it's only a temporary fix.

Do you have the roof marker lights or factory roof fog lights? If so then the gasket under these has been a problem on earlier models. Reseating gasket or replacing are easy fixes.

Nope, no factory roof lights of any sort.

Got the same thing on the passenger side of my '07. Is there a different design on new ones that will eliminate this?

I heard it today in high winds, very annoying... but this is the first time in 3 months of ownership I heard it.

I went to the auto body supply store and got a small roll of windshield adhesive (black sticky rope caulk). A couple 3 inch strips have held each a-piller down and quite for 3 years.
