Yeah, but Offset, Backspace and most important, Hub Center Bore is not the same.

No, the center bore is much smaller and the offset is different. You will have to have them machined for the center bore and may require a wheel spacer depending on the 07 rims you are looking at.

I have a set of Fuel Hostile with trail grapplers on my Silverado, thinking about putting them on a 2010 H3 Alpha that I am about to purchase, the Alpha has some street 20" or 22" wheels that I am not a great fan of so I thought that I would just switch since I am getting rid of the Silverado. I think the bore will be ok just changing the adapter rings (whatever they are called) in the center.
But if there is a problem with offset etc I will just buy a new set of wheels for the Alpha.

You might have some trouble fitting those bling rimmz onto the Silverado too. The backspace/offset may be way off.
I would just get rims designed to fit the H3 and sell the 20" rims which probably have low profile tires which also look like crap on H3's.

Afraid of that to, probably just ending up leaving them with whoever sells me the new wheels
