Where to grease the H2 underbody?

I think this is really a very technical question. And for this reason I think it needs someone with real expertise. So I have no hurry...!
However, this morning I was in a agonist garage for off-road cars (he makes offroad cars good for north Africa trips...). It is just in my city, here in Italy. He postponed a "diagnosis" to my H2 in September, but I spoke with him just for five minutes and he mades me realize just the importance of lubricating a car like the H2 in the right places and with the right oils, and that for him there will be no problem...
So for those interested, I'll can tell you all in September...
In the meantime, I wait a response even from USA...

You should be able to find this info using the search feature but. I can give you a quick run down.
Ball joints all 4 of them upper and lower
tie rods-Inner and outter both sides
Idler Arm
Pitman Arm
I think thats all of them.....
