I was wondering If anyone knew where I could find a Hummer H1 for very little money.
Possibly a car that would be a good project car.

Cheap? No such thing in real terms, maybe in relative terms. Totally rusted up/crashed trash sells for 8-10K. Complete trucks needing almost everything sell for more. A running truck needing tons of work will probably be high teens if you can find one. Might be able to find a running, rolling truck that is a good starting point in the low twenties.

 

I spent years looking for the right deal at the right time...by time I meant financially. It seemed like whenever I had the clams, i couldnt find a deal. Whenever there was a deal, I didnt have the pocket change. lol. I literally spent about4 years looking until a great deal finally matched up to the time i was ready to buy. I found mine for 30k...sounds like a great deal. but immediatly had to dump about 3k into it to get it running right(complete Turbo, PMD, Injector pump, water pump, all intake gaskets, odds and ends). Be careful buying on eBay. it could have been a lot worse, but being able to fix everything yourself is a life saver.
