Wheels for H3

Wheels for H3
Hi, This is my first post to this site. I'm having a heck of a time finding wheels that will supposedly fit the H3. I keep finding out that wheels for this vehicle in the style's I've liked are hard to come by. I would like to get some wheels with a black center and an outside polished lip. I am considering some
Pro comp Alloys style 8089
16"x8" 6-5.5 bolt pattern 4.5" backspacking 0mm offset Hubcentric or not?

Would these fit the vehicle, or would they look stupid. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

.
The stock h3 rim is +38 offset, meaning the lug plate is real close to the outside lip of the rim, less positive or even negative offset will just make the rim stick out from the fender more. The pic below is of my rims with +12 offset....this is a common offset for GM wheels. ANY wheel for a GM 4x4 with the same lug bolt pattern WILL FIT!!!! I would suggest going up to a 17" to be sure because the H3 runs some big calipers and the inside diameter of some 16's may rub. If you are going with a 16, make sure to check the inside diameter of the back of the new rim and compare it to your spare stock rim...if it is ANY smaller than stock it will rub the caliper. Moving up to a 17 like I did will avoid this issue all together. If they say the rim will fit a GM 4x4 then it will have a large bore already, but ask anyway...you will need the large bore for the h3 (hole in the center of the rim)

RE: Wheels for H3
stock backspace is 5". If you go wider then just get less positive offset and it will keep your backspce around the same. My rims are 8" wide and have +12 offset and my backspace is the same as stock. Now if I went to an 8" wide rim and kept the stock offset then the backspace would be 6" or more and it would more than likely rub. VEry simple just make sure to get a rim in the +12 offset area if you go with a 8" wide wheel.
here are my rims.

RE: Wheels for H3
rims are a discontinued design, near impossible to find. I hate when I see people with the same rims so I always buy discontinued ones They were made by Detata
tires are Mickey thompson baja mtz's 315/70/17 (35x12.5)
no spacers are used, just get a rim that is +12 offset and this will shift the wheel towards the fender.
thanks for the compliments!!!
