he got out ok in part because he was behind me and in a couple places I told him to **** it... I got in one spot where I almost put a tree into my side and went straight to him and told him to turn around... he damaged the skidplate in an area with a bypass... they they told us we couldn't take....

Sounds like at the end of the day everyone had a great experience. Too bad one $hithead tried to ruin it for everyone.

 

I think me being there was the only reason Muddy didn't kick this guys a$$. I went over to talk to this guy and he was a real pain in the you know what. I explained to him that we where done and wanted to leave, since he wasn't listeneing to us and he kept wanting to take us down this tight trails. He tried to tell me that you must leave as a group, WELL if everyone in the group is saying that we don't want to go down the trail (mind you most of us had maps so we knew he wasn't sticking to the green trails) than why would you say just keep going. I'll go back there just not with that guy in our group ever again.
As for the Hummer Club, Inc. event I don't know how the H1s are even going to go on these trails.

 

Sorry you guys had to go through all of that. We've gone twice and always have a good group of people, even though small. We do get ALOT of jeep people staring at us though. Most of them are very friendly though.

It only takes one as you guys have seen.

and all of the otherjeep guys there were cool... there was another Rubi 4 dr guy there that I talked to... I asked him why he bought it... he said he has always loved jeeps... but with a family he couldn't have one anymore... then the 4 dr came out and he got it.... he'd never been offroad before.

 

How did the 4-door handle?
