You can also go with the 35" Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's.

I would recommend the MTRs. One of the best all around tires out there.

Plug in the numbers to see how they fit. Kumho MT71, Hankook has a new AT out, Cooper, Procomps,General AT2 Grabber.

http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs...oliath%20Kumho

OEM tires: 265/75-16 (802x265mm). Big Hub.
32 x 10.5 x 16
Bolt OEM tires: 265/75-16 (802x265mm).
Bolt pattern: 6x139.7 (6x5.5).
Offset: 15 to 35 mm.
Tires up to 842x305mm.
Rims up to 26x10.0".

265/75R 16 = 32 X 10.50 X 16
265/70R 17 = 32 X 11.50 X 17
275/70R 17 = 32.50 X 11.00 X 17
285/60R 18 = 32 X 11 X 18

I'm still on the OEM Goodyear Wranglers. Do any of the more aggressive tires that have been suggested come close to these in terms of on-road noise levels and snow/ice performance? I'd likely stay on the 265's or only move up to 285's.

So being stock and putting 35's on stock rimsthere is no adjustments needed? I'm looking at doing the same thing (tonyh3) is. I want to get a lift, but I'm going to do that later.

You can find BF Goodrich BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO LT315/75R16/D for $185 a piece fromDiscounttires.com then print out the page andyour localNTB will price match them. That's how I got my 305s locally really cheap.

I need a reccomendation on wheel spacers as I kept my factory rims and the 305s rub on the t-bar (or whatever that bar is)when turned all the way left or right. I don't want to over do it with spacer size. Any advice?

If you go with 35's your Speedometer will change, so you will have either figure it out and put a note on your dash or re-program the tranny/pcm. Well if you go with a p-metric tire you will have a UTQG rating and the higher the UTQG rating (300 soft- 500 hard) the harder the tire. If you get a LT (Light Truck) you will be getting a stiffer tire with a higher load rating but usually they and off-road tires do not have a UTQG rating. If you are looking for a quiet stock size tire. Here are my suggestions: Pro-Comp AT, Hankook RF-10, General AT2 Grabber, Dick Cepek FCII, BFG AT/KO, Toyo Open Country AT, GoodYear Silent Armor, Kumho MT78 AT,

If you go with spacers try to keep within the stock offset/backspace 15mm-35mm so there is no undo stress on wheel bearings. If the rim has a 35mm offset you will need a 1" spacer. reason being the 265 tire is 10.4"s wide and the 305's are 12" so you have a 1" deeper tire width, thats why it rubs your Tie-rod or A-arms. In my previus threads I placed a website that gives you a good picture of tire fitment. If you plug in the stock then the size you have it will give you information to help you correct your rub.
