Hell, as slow as they are you could probably live there for a year before they even knew it.

 

I thought that I was the only one that thought this was slow. Was beginning to think that it was normal. Never tried to buy a foreclosed house before. THOUGHT they would be a little more anxious to get rid of it.

 

Be glad it moves slow.... I closed on 2 in the same day... that is ****ing stressful... and then.., AC electric turned the power off because the guy I bought mine from said to turn it off COB.. which is 1pm on a friday for them...

and yeah... he sucked ***.... Lucky for us... the downstairs HWH is Gas... so we could take showers... just not upstairs....

We ended up staying in a hotel one night...

Just remember to stay patient Rich.... you are not the first person to do this.... and you will not be the last....

 

Update! My sister drove by today and saw someone messing with the doors so she stopped to see what's up. She called my wife and told her to get over there because there was a Realtor there putting the lock box on the door. The house will be on the market within the next 30 days, the moron must work for the bank (not really) because he wouldn't/couldn't tell her ****. So I called my buddy the Realtor and told him. He called me back and said that we need to get our house on the market now so that we will be ready for this. No real $ amount has been stated yet. He is coming over to check out our house on Friday at 4pm. I'm being very realistic about this, as long as I don't LOSE money on the current house I am ok with this. BUT, if he says lower than what I'm in it forI will be living right here until this stupid market picks back up. Hopefully it won't be to big of a problem though, my lovely wife got an email this morning from HGTV. They want to come tour our house to put it on thereWhat the hell. LOL I grew up in a damned trailer now they want to put my house on TV??
