Default Weird hard braking noise

Last week, Lynch replaced my transfercase planetary gears for a metal on metal clanging noise similiar to a loose brake caliper noise under deceleration from 30 to 10mph.

Now, tonight under medium braking, there is a ratcheting/grinding noise that is low pitch until the vehicle stops. (from 10-0mph) Kinda like a baseball card in a bicycle tire ratcheting noise that slows as the vehicle slows. Sounds like it is coming from the rear or middle rear of the vehicle but it's loud enough to echo off of houses on my street. Under soft braking, you dont hear it. (insert "dont brake hard" comments here.) I know of the brake rotor resurface TSB, but working around cars for a few years and knowing what type of sound that should make I really dont think that this would be my issue...
Any ideas?

Mine makes the same weird noise but I thought it was the glazed rotors are per prior posting. I need to just run it by the dealer and have them drive it, maybe next week....
