wft, that is not an H3X cover. It's just a solid tire cover.

 

While the hard covers listed on eBay that are called "Xtreme" look identical to the H3x factory hard spare covers they are not the same.

The covers that are called Xtreme listed on eBay for $329.00 are genuine GM Accessories that could be purchased as a dealer add-on instead of nothing at all or in place of the cheap vinyl covers.

The biggest difference between the Xtreme Accessory and a true factory H3x hard spare tire cover is that the spare tire fits completely inside the H3x factory cover. The true factory cover is two pieces.

The Xtreme cover fits "over" the spare tire just like any other cover.

There is also a huge price difference between the two.

A true two piece factory H3x spare cover costs close to $1,000.00 at some of the GM parts web sites.
