Default Very weird electrical problem..PLEASE HELP!

I have an 06 H3 adventure/luxury model with Monsoon system. When you moderately jump on the gas, the door chime goes off and the doors lock and unlock, and relock! It started only doing it when you really got on the gas, but now it does it almost every time just coming off of a stop sign or light. I have searched the threads and found nothing like this. I don't know where to begin looking for what causes this. I'm thinking something in the BCM but have no real clue. Has anyone else had this problem????? PLEASE share if you have and what was the fix. Thank you....

First thing I would check would be the battery connections and terminals.

I did think of that and I just replaced the battery about 4 months ago. Everything looks good there. Thank you for the reply!

My guess would be the switch that locks the doors when you select drive is loose or faulty, does it do it in reverse ?

the battery connections and terminals
unhook,short toether,pause,reconnect.

I doubted it , then last week my h3 kept running when I pulled the key. did that, fixed!!
I guess its like c,a,d safe mode!

It likely could simply be one of the door switches going bad. I'd start testing the one for the tailgate first.

NJTEX knows what he is talking about. It's easy to determine which switch is bad and about a $15 part. You will have these symptoms if one of the door switches are bad. You've got 5 switches, check them one at a time. I'll bet NJTEX is right.

Default not hard to check

if you have a hummer handy, take a ride, unlatch a door and you will instantly know.

I can sort of see if it's a door switch but what I don't understand is what does stomping on the gas have anything to do with the door switches? I do not have a door open message and the dome light works as it should. And to reply to an above question, I haven't tried it in reverse but I will do that today and see what happens. Thank you all for you input!!
