You can check your vehicle speed sensor through the pin 50 on the PCM that is under the hood on the driver side next to the battery.

Do you have a 4x4 or 2wd?

If 4x4 it is on drivers side of transfer case will be 2 wires should be a yellow and purple!

Would it be a yellow or purple maybe? or a differant color wire.... well you said ck pin 50.... ok I appreciate that will give it a try.
