Hi everyone, I don't post on here very often but I have read many pages of great hummer info. I currently have a 2008 H3 with about 76k on the ticker and am looking to trade up and upgrade! I have always want a "T" and the Alpha package and have found one for 35,999. Its a 2010 H3T Alpha with 15k on it, it has the off road package with the bigger tires and select-able lockers and a moon roof. Do you guys think this is a fair price or should I try to work it down?

Most important thing to ask is this. Is it worth that price to you? For the most part from what i have seen is that is around the price they are going for. I would always see if I could get them to come down even if they were asking 25K, it never hurts to see if you can get yourself a better deal.

 

got my 09 up here for 29,000 they were asking 36,000 had about 24,000 miles leather and everything but adventure package and alpha i live in alaska and here were only 2 in the whole state... took about 2 weeks of negoitating and did it over the phone..they will come down. Tell them you found the same car across your state border and they'll give it to u for 28000 and drive it to u.... and sure enough they ll come down and offer you like 33000 and say thats there best. WALK OUT and they ll give you a call in about 2 hours and and drop it down another 500-1000.. they know you ve walked out before and use that towards ur advantage and re assure them that u've walked out before and will do it again.. and you NEED not want need the car for 28-29000 area dont play the whole payment game with them they'll end up getting you an 84 month loan at 12%... also walk in with your own loan will save you a ton in long run usually like 3-6%( dealers make money on this)

 

I agree with the first two responses, then I thought just keep mine and get a trailer. I have always wanted the T too but what is the difference. I guess it's about what you want and what your willing to settle for.... good luck on your purchase
