I sprayed my whole under carriage with never wet, then went over with black paint as never wet finishes whitish film look...I still have some rust spots popping out after this winter...plan on doing it again this spring...

Before you paint, go over all the rust spots with a "rust converter." I bought mine in the paint section at the auto parts store. It will chemically convert the rust, so you don't have to worry about sanding. I put it on every spring (it resembles water) with a chip brush. I have yet to paint anything, but I'm thinking I might touch everything up this year.

Trust not rust
I have too much imo on mine as well. Picking it up from a dealer, it was black washed underneath. I knew it before I bought it but I'm surprised how much is actually rusted. I have done come already and I use the hammered texture rustoleum with an acid brush. It works but it does take a very long time to apply.

I really liked using Rustoleum undercoating spray, goes on black and it's held up since last summer, definitely worth covering up all that ugly rust!
I've also used Raptor UPOL bed liner spray, basically it's DIY linex but it's alot more work ;P

Soon as it warms up I'm going to make a soda blaster and go to work on the rust spots under the hummer. I also plan on removing the plastic covering in the wheel-wells to spray with a rust protector.
Don't like the idea of the rust shops drilling into the side of the door to spray, so I'll also remove the door panels and spray it.
Last year September I mixed some diesel and engine oil and sprayed the under carridge with a gravity feed HVLP gun set on a cylindrical spray .
