Transmission pan with drain plug???
Any ideas where I can get a transmission pan with a drain plug for a 2007 H3? I've been searching for one with a drain plug that doesn't require modifying exhaust or frame. maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but can't seem to find one.

I think this would be the best way and cheap to get what your looking for.

with that unit you would leave a lot of juice in the pan and still not be able to wipe it clean, or change the screen/filter.
I guess that's why they don't put a plug in it.
the idea is to clean it out,not to just drain a portion.

Yrs very true but you can drain the oil first and then drop the pan, unlike now you just drop and it's full of oil and have a mess all over.

well you're right bout that, it been a while since I loosened one just as the wind started blowing!!
btw I finally ot a 5 gal bucket cut just right to catch the horizontal blast of oil during an oil change. it shoots out 2+ feet!!.
its still the messiest oil change ive done on any veh.
but I love my hummer, just washed, polished, then waxed my big red baby...
next, the inside detail. having trbl cleaning the black plastic. it shows a film.
