I started getting the dreaded "STAB SYS FAILED - REDUCED POWER" message on my H3 along with having to pull it off the road, turn it off, wait a few minutes & start it again. I called my somewhat local Hummer Dealership and they told me that since my H3 was over 50,000 mile mark...the service bulletin wouldn't be honored. So, can anyone please tell me where to locate this module and how to either tightened down the connections or replace? The Transfer Control Module goes for about $130 at online parts stores. Mine exhibited the same type symptoms and it was the accelerator pedal assembly. You may want to make sure your fixing the right thing.
