Torsion bar/control arm question

Torsion bar/control arm question
Okay guys well I got delayed a month on my H3 project for a work trip and just got back. I cannot remember how many turns it was when I removed my torsion bar key bolts. Does anyone have a general idea of what kind of range it is to get it close to factory (or cranked up as I am going to raise it a little)
Also, since I removed my entire front end I've got my lower control arms bolted back up, it says to attach wheels and lower vehicle then torque the bolts down. What about the one on the rear of the control arms in the groove where the torsion bar slides in, I'm guessing it would have to be torqued before lowering then install the torsion bar and lower it since you can't access the bolt with the torsion bars installed
Thanks,
Spencer

You adjust the ride height using the T Bar bolts and a Tape Measure, got nothin to do with # of turns. 23.5" fender lip to hub center is max., below that is your option.
How many turns is it when I put each lug nut back on after removing a wheel to torque the nut to 100 ft lbs?

Thanks Doc.
I will have to torque the rear lower bolts before I lower it though right? Since the head is blocked by the torsion bar. I was thinking use a jack to hold it at 23.5" (where I want it to be once adjsuted, torque rear lower control arm bolt, install torsion bars, lower, torque rest of control arm bolts, adjust torsion bars?
Thanks,
Spencer
