Toe Wear on inside tire edge

To start off, my 3 is leveled with the Ready-Lift kit and measures in at 24-24.25 (varies between being driven). I've been noticing a toe wear problem, as I put on brand new BFG AT KOs at the same time of lift. Driving down the highway the steering wanders and you can feel it in the wheel. I bought the truck and immediately did the lift, tires, etc., so I don't know if the tie rods have play in them. My plan is to see if they have play in them this weekend. It has 76,000 miles on it now. Is it possible the tie rods or steering rack bushings have enough play in them to allow the steering geometry to change as I'm driving down the highway thus causing toe wear? I've read from all the other threads to level in from 23.5-24.0 inches from the center of the hub to the fender. Being right at 24 (or above at 24.25) going to cause the problem? Will taking it down maybe .5 to 23.75 really have that big of a change on the toe wear or should I be looking somewhere else for an issue. Anybody else run into this problem? Thanks for the help!
