Ipod input to Hummer Radio
I have been wanting to find a way to input an auxiliary source into my radio. I have a Garmin that plays Audible Books and I wanted to hear them through the sound system. Just found and installed a fantastic device that allows 2 inputs. You can access the inputs through the buttons on the face of the radio and select either of your two aux inputs. There are devices that will do just one input as well.
I had to remove the console and dash panel to access the radio, but the installation was fairly easy, not cutting wires, no connecting to a "hot" wire, just plug in the adapters, run the wires and you're good to go.
They are made by PAC Audio and you might find the one that you want on Amazon or ebay. Here is a link to PAC for my 2005 H2. Mine is the aPAC-GMC2 and I did a search on Amazon to find it for $79.95. http://pac-audio.com/productSearch.a...2005&YearId=16
