For those w/ the e-fan mod... any overheat problems?
Still toying with the idea of doing the e-fan and tune.
My buddy that switched his truck from the belt driven fan to the e-fan says that sometimes his e-fans don't provide sufficient cooling in the summer and his engine overheats.
We live in Seattle area, but it can get into the 90s for several weeks during July and August depending on the year.
Anybody have any experience/issues with this mod with respect to high temperature climates?

What is the actual temp when your buddy thinks his truck is overheating? That temp gauge in the dashboard is an idiot light with a needle.
H3's have layers of overheat protections, which would be displayed on the DIC. If you do not get to the first layer, you are not overheating.
