Nope....You can't turn off traction control. If you're driving a pre-2007 H3 the DIC lists it incorrectly for some reason (this has been delt with in past posts). When I hit 4LO the DIC says "StabSys Off", meaning Stabilitrak Off, which is correct. You don't want stabilitrak taking over your steering while you're in some off camber 4Lo maneuver. However you DO want TC on and as on as it can get! Don't know why GM labeled the DIC warning wrong...

Just pull the plastic clamp out out of the frame and you should have plenty of slack.

that is what i was saying, i thought i was going to have to do that, but i didnt i still had slack left over, even under that flex. i think the factory set the brake line length from the beginning for maximum suspension flex (bumpstop to bumpstop)
