Super Swamper TSL/SX 36x12.50-17LT
I'm ready for some new tires that can handle the jersey sandy mud....
I have always loved Interco. I owned a set of Boggers but know they are not right for my application.
SO.... this place is offering 5% rebates and $110 shipping on 5 tires....
http://www.offroadtoystore.com/Merch...-Interco-TSLSX
Tire Specs:
[ul][*]Weight (lbs): 75[*]Ply Rating: 10[*]Sidewall Ply Rating: 4[*]Tread Depth (Inches): 22/32[*]Tread Width (Inches): 10[*]Cross Section Width (Inches): 12.8[*]Diameter (Inches): 36.3[*]Suggested Wheel Size: 17x10[*]Max Inflation (PSI): 60[*]Max Load (lbs): 3800[/ul]
[/align]
Anybody have any reason why I don't want this tire for my truck? I don't want to make the mistake of having to buy another set once I realize I hate these.
I also don't care how loud they are... remember I owned boggers at one time.

Those tires are worthy of your moniker and in my opinion, THE BEST damn mud tire next to a bogger.
The set I had lacked ANY on-road manners, hydro'ed like greased snot when raining and wore pretty bad. However,
I loved them then and would have 'em on my H3 now, were it not for all the pavement miles I drive. I honestly don't know
if I would put them on a daily driver.........I had the 14.50 X 38's prior to upgrading to my 18 X 44 Gumbo Mudders,
Perhaps tire size was a factor as well.
Hopefully someone else who has owned a set will pop up and either validate my opinion or offer up another view.
Have you considered TrXus MT. For a great all around tire with a swamper linneage....I'm diggin mine as much as they dig the mud.
Great on-road manners, killer in the rain and the pics you have seen of my truck give you some idea of how well they do in the mud. Just a thought......
They go all the way up to a 12.50 X 37 I believe.

I looked... you are correct they come in 37 and 35.... I don't think a 37" spare would fit inside the truck....

You're a big fan of them? I've never seen them in use. In my head I'm only thinking of tires I have seen on the trail.

I was originally gonna get some Mickey's but thanks to 4WP's, that deal fell through. The TrXus MT's were in the warehouse,
so I opted to give them a try. Since I do so much Highway driving, I was worried most about wear and how they did in
the rain on the interstate. They work great. Wear has been nominal (I rotate and re-balance at every oil change) and
I've never had a tire handle a down poor as well as these do. They are very happy in the mud, maybe dig a little to well
in the sand if you overly apply the skinny pedal and the few rocky situations I've been in....Not bad.
HitHUMMER DRIVER up as well, he is running a set on his and had em out to Barnwell last year.
