well it rained out today and only the passenger side dripped

I opened sunroof in the rain, the reservoir and side tracks where tricking water towards the front and down the holes

I did see the roof rake track had water and was run up towards the front of the truck. Maybe something under the trim is the leaky spot???

if you go through the agony of removing the headliner and sit in truck when in rains or with a hose I would think youd be able to pinpoint where water leak is, I know it sucks but it looks like you might have to do something extreme to find this one since nothing else seems to work, im not sure whats underneath the outer trim pieces as far as where it might leak underneath them and come in grab handle having it all bare from the inside might end up being only way to tell

Just found out, there are two, only in the front..

Also found a great link, on replacing the drains, sounds like a total nightmare, so glad mine are working...

Well..sunroof drains are not the issue. I can dump a gallon of water in them and litteraly I can hear them slurp.
Pulling down the headliner looks like that would be a pain in the ***** to accomplish. Maybe I'll call some headliner repair or auto restoration place to do that. Maybe the reverse side of the headliner would show a trail to the source.
The only other place may be the windshield seal itself???

Well thats kind of good to know but seems flawed
I mean think about it - they know the sunroof can leak - they provisioned it with drain tracks and a reservoir.
If the vehicle is flat or leaning forward, this will still work
But if the vehicle is parked upward, where does the water go?

Actually, there's also 2 rear sunroof drain hose, #9 on the diagram. Maybe worth checking if it's clogged.

So....so far both handles dripped.
Fixed sunroof drains-both handles still drip
sealed corner lights-only passenger side drips now

I would still focus on the passenger corner light...those rubber plugs going into the roof suck. Take the pillar off and peel back the corner of the headliner and look while someone else hoses it down heavy.I would try that before I took the headliner down.

Dripping from the handle while on level ground just points to that damn light.
