I have a 07 H3 and I have read other posts about the sunroof leaking because of the vent tubes getting clogged. I have never had water inside the vehicle and I have made sure that the tubes are not obstructed and are clean. My question is that when I got in it the other day after it had been raining for quite a while I had an issue. There was not water anywhere in the vehicle but when I went to back up a small amount of water dripped into the vehicle from the front of the sunroof. Not that much water but enough to get my attention. Also as I was backing up I could here what sounded like water draining out of the tubes. Just wondered if anyone had this issue. I don't think my tubes are clogged, could it just be that there was alot of water in the sunroof channel and when I backed up some just spilled out before going out the tubes? The Hummer is leveled and was sitting on level ground when this occurred if this makes any difference.

You missed the warning over the sun visor... CLOSE SUN ROOF PRIOR TO RAINY CONDITIONS!

 

If you heard them gurgle that usually means they are draining. Yeah maybe it wasn't shut all the way.
