Default Strange wear on tires on a H1

Went shopping for an H1 open top today, it was an 02 and it was the first H1 I hav ever driven.

Since the hummer slogan is "like nothing else" I have to ask, the car when I drove it felt like the tires we weren't balanced x 10 is this how it generally feels to drive the H1? I don't expect it to ride like a bentley but do they shake?

The front tires were in good shape but the left rear tire was totally bald and the right was not quite as bad but almost.

The car dealer said it was probably because the previous owner just changed one tire at the time, now this sounds really strange to me and on a 4wd wouldn't the wear be the same on all 4 tires?

as soon as I read this post, and saw that you were looking at the truck at a dealer, all I could think is that the front end is out of alignment and the dealer just rotated the tires to the rear knowing that it wont be driven enough to wear the fronts down again before it was sold. Try to get the dealer to pay for an alignment.

Maybe the tires are chopped too?
It will need a good alignment and 4 new tires put on imho
