Wanted to tknow if anyone knows if they are sold for the H3 could use one steering is very sensitive to bumps on road.

 

u can connect to the internet and type in "steering stabilizer h3", youll get a list to check out

 

The H3 has rack and pinion steering, so no.

X2 with the R&P set up that the H3/H3Ts have there is no way to adapt one.

 

Strangely this just came up. I was sending some info to someone about the BP tie rods and inquired about some shocks or struts I saw in a photo he sent me. What stood out was the steering stabilizer in the picture. I had never seen one on IFS.
I am not familiar with that lower a-arm and do not know what this is on. The way the tie rod looks to be mounted is similar to the H3, but it's not. It does not show what the other end is mounted to.
Just for grins I thought I would post this up. Maybe Fabtech could give more info?
However if there is something causing the need for something like this on the H3 I believe there or other problems that need to be addressed. I'm running heavy Hutchinson wheels, 315 Cooper STT tires both of which are heavier than stock and have never had a steering stabilizing problem, other than flexing stock tie rods and wimp rack mount. lol

 

Nice I actually seen it on an ifs chevy avalanche it was mounted on a arm to tie rod

 

WOW, that looks like it would put even MORE stress on our already stressed tie rods! That "bracket" is connected directly to the poor tie rod in the center! Maybe if it was connected at the bottom of the tie rod bolt but not where it is in that picture.

That is also a 2wd (no shaft) with coil overs. A completely different suspension setup then we (H3/H3T) owners have.

So what is that vehicle anyway? Fancy looking lower a-arm. Looks like a 3 foot knuckle going up to the upper a-arm.
Yeah that looks like a good way to "place" your bend to me. lol
I hear there is a way to take the slop out of the steering rack on those H3's so you would not need a stabilizer. snort snort
You know I'm tempted to ask who has done that??
