i also do welding and stuff but hate to be a critic but i was looking closly at your welds and this one is only welded on the one plate

well,if you look at the rack,it looks like it is welded,maybe it was just the angle of the picture

i have a feelin that when i make a roof rack,it will look very similer to this basket,its really strong,yet looks good,and is just the right size

Got ya Gunner. Round tube looks good, just wondering about square and aluminium.
Hilljob: no need for a back up camers, just strap your little man up there with a walkie talkie, tell him to keep an eye out in the parking lots.

hed love that,i think your vision is just as good as those w/ 35's,i mean you have to lose some,but those who want things like this arent worried about vision so much

as far as orders,no ,not right now,i have to prove out 1 before i will make 2,i dont have alot of time to work on these things,so i would hate to have people waiting,,maybe i will let you know when i build one,im sure gunner wouldnt mind sharing the r&d bill,although,i dont plan on selling them for as much as everyone else,mine will definetly be under 800,not sure about anything under that,but i will not charge anymore then that

I can do some stuff with wood in my garage... but cutting/bending/welding metal, that is just totally cool as hell. I wish I had that skill. I have absolutely no need for one of these, but after following this thread, I think I'd buy one anyway just because they look so cool.
