Is the sound only there when moving, or does it do it when idle too?

Rock in Rotor/Caliper or a Center Cap rattling would be my first two guesses.

Is it possible the tpm sensor busted off and is rattling around?
Are you getting a TPMS error on the dash?

Yes I get that error time to time. I thought it was caused by the cold weather. Where do I find this thing

The TPMS is a small plastic transmitter attached to the base of the valve stem inside the tire on the rim.
No way to get to but to break tire down.
Can you put your spare on and see if the sound goes away ?
