Default shocks

AFter 70k on the original shocks, I need to replace mine on the 06. Has anyone used pro-comp shocks on the h3?? I know some people that really liked them on other big 4x4 trucks. I would appreciate the input.

I use Bilsteins and I am pretty sure everyone on the board does too with excellent results. Let us know how those shocks work out. Thanks.

My friend has the pro comp MX-6 adjustable shocks on his jeep wrangler and i gotta say those things are great. Noticed a huge difference when wheeling with him when he put them on. I have the rancho 9000's and they are pretty good. But I'd say the pro comps are a better shock especially off road

I'm leaning towards Bilstein HD's or factory Adventure package shocks myself.

My truck is the same vintage as yours with 90k miles, upgraded with mild front level and 285's. I don't want to give up the soft ride and off-road articulation, just damp out tire bounce at high speeds over rough highways and potholes.

I really liked the factory standard Bilstein HD's on our previous GMC Envoy. What's the verdict on the Bilstein HD (yellow) shocks when used on H3?

There has been rumors that Bilsteins new shocks will be out for the H3 soon...
