Seriously... WTF?
Fourth trip to the dealer since I got the H3 in late November... and again... water in the heads. WTF!? They already replaced the heads once due to this. I have never taken this thing off road, it is my DD to and from work on the damn highway. This is getting freaking stupid with this thing. How in the hell can I keep this sucker dry? I mean seriously what is the deal here, is this "common" for these I5's?

a legit dealer shud know the how to, and what to do. first its one head. then where is the water?. there was a post abt sealing the plug coil pack bolt where it leaked water, assuming thats where it is,,??? the wawa messed with the plug. a dealer ought to be aware of this, unless they just dont care. assume wawa gets in hood holes for the decoration??
or missing weather strips?
i once got a load of bs from a ford dealer,,so i stepped to the showroom and yelled the unabreviated word,"bs" until they paid attention. when they threatened to call cops i said, please do!
u may need to crank up your bichin a notch

There are good dealers, and there bad dealers. My Hummer dealer is very good, but my local Chevy dealer is not that great. (Actually, SUCKS is the word that fits here)
Some times you have to go elsewhere to get the service that you deserve.

SIXTH or was it the SEVENTH trip to the dealership... again the thing was stumbling all over the place. Two heads had water in them again. WTF. Every time it rains or I wash the thing it gets water in the heads. I'm sick of this POS thing.

I'm not sure where you are located, or where you bought the thing (if different) but I would look into the used lemon laws, some states have them. Set up an appointment with Jag and see what they have to say. The dealership has had plenty of attempts at fixing the issue.

Not really giving much information to help with your problem. Water in the heads? Do a Leakdown test. Water doesn't magically appear it has to come from somewhere. Try another dealer.
Any GM dealer can perform warranty work. Call GM's hotline if a dealer refuses to do warranty work then call an attorney. If your out of warranty then they can tell you to kick rocks.
