I have 35's on it. That's the only thing the dealer could try to blame.

I reset the ECU and it came back within a 1/4 mile again. Within a 1/2 mile it had changed to a solid traction control light, and ABS light, along with a service message saying "Service traction control system. ABS Fault". Then after displaying that for about 30 seconds everything cleared and it has been fine since.

I know that in all my police cars a lot of the time they would remove the ABS fuse to prevent and delays/lockups/service. Maybe you could too? Did you check the fuses for a good electrical connection?

The fact that it's working all of a sudden would scare the crap out of me. Last thing you want is to do 70mph in heavy traffic and have the thing lock on you.

When the steering sensor went out on my Caddy CTS it sent the stabilitrac crazy! At 70mph it actually caused my car to switch lanes! Fortunately no car was there! It was fixed under warranty.

i would get your hummer to the dealer as soon as you can. i have had some brake switches that cause this problem. even though the warning lights are out, it still will save the code that the dealer can pull and take the guess work out of what is wrong with your Hummer.

So I hopped in my H3 today and as I began to drive away I immediately noticed decreased power. So I look down, and the traction light is flashing, I drive for another hundred feet or so and it continued to flicker off and on, cutting power each time. So I turned it off, back on, drove off, and all was well. Eventually, about 2 minutes later I'm on a main road doing about 25 MPH and all of a sudden it kicks on again, and locks up the brakes until I come skidding to a stop!

Thank God no one was behind me.

It's been fine since but I'm definitely going to get it checked out, if that had happened on an interstate it probably would have caused a wreck...
I had the same thing happen 2 weeks ago, brought it to the dealer and they gave me a loaner. The next day they called me and said it was done. Something to do with replacing the accelerator pedal assembly.
All works fine now.

I pulled the ABS / TCS fuse for the time being until I can get it fixed.

There are no more erratic problems but my dash does look like a Christmas tree.

Well my truck has been in and out of the dealer 4 times over the past week.

At first, they blamed it on a loose battery connection because of my winch. Then they replaced the entire master cylinder assembly. And finally they replaced the ECU, and that seems to have fixed it.

Quite a pain.
