Was thinking of getting it as well and mounting it on the area just in front of the shifter.

It won't fit neatly within the cubby, because the cubby isn't rectangular. It tapers in on the shifter end; otherwise, it would have been a nice fit.

I ended up leaving mine in the box. I am half temped to eBay it - not that it is a bad item or anything as it does exactly as described. I think I was half asleep, when I ordered it. I plugged it in, saw how easy it worked, looked around for some place to mount it, couldn't find any place (other than the typical velcro'd to the steering column), and put it back in the box. I did think about putting it in the glove box or the arm rest cubby as I don't probably would only check the gauges every once and awhile (e.g., battery voltage), and I could open it glove box to access it to record fill-ups (like I really see myself doing that...not). The bad part about putting it in these locations is it would get abused as you use the glove box. In conclusion, (1) I am selling it on eBay, (2) installing it in the glove box, (3) leaving it in the box and use just the scan (code) tool portion of it, or (4) talk you guys into buying it and see where you clever guys install it.

Have a good Sunday everyone.

What are the dimensions (HxWxL)? I may be able to come up with some mounting ideas.

Here are a good set of photos.

1" deep x 1.5" high x 4.8" wide
* The cable can connect to the back or right-hand side that could affect the size.

Of course, the OBDII connector is directly below the steering wheel, so the cable will need to be routed from this location.

Maybe if one of us is good with fiberglass (or other), they could make/sell us a few mounting pod
