They are fairly easy to install yourself, you will need someone to help hold the slider while you screw in a couple bolts.... We designed them to look like they belong with the Hummer style and made them stronger for the wild 4 wheeling I do.......

But hey...come see us and then we can do some wheeling afterwards !

Yes we made a end plate out of diamond plate to cap the ends.

Are you mounting them to the pinch weld on the body?

We are cutting the end open, sliding a 2 inch plate 1/4 thickwith the nuts welded on it....they line up with the holes where the clips pop out ( you take off the plastic) then mounting them through the holes to the 2 inch tall 1/4 inch thick. Also bolting it to the pinch weld on the bottom.

My thought too. I like the design and the overall look, but the welding looks on par with mine..... andI haven’t welded since high school.

I have the Rocky-Road sliders and they have saved me several times. I can't say anything but great things about them. Haven't seen a pair of Tinked's but she says she will go wheeling with you to show you what they will do.
