Default Removing the radio

I own a standard H3 and I want to install an auxiliary input so I can listen to my ipod. The only way i can do this is by removing my radio. Does anyone know how to remove the radio. If so, can you give me some instructions. Or is there a better way to listen to my ipod (I haven't tried it but i heard that FM modulators sound bad)?

Thankyou.

Here is a link to another posting in this forum that descibes it. You can also find it by searching for radio in H3 area.

thankyou very much for your help.

I have another problem. I am trying to put the neo ion in my h3 but it won't work without a CD changer port in the back of your radio. Since i have a standard H3 with no CD changer, im assuming that the back of my radio will not have a CD changer port. Am I correct about this? I really do not want to pull out my radio and find out.

Check around. I do have the CD player, but effectively you need a harness to patch into the radio. I found one at http://www.logjamelectronics.com/ but it seems like I recall the one I bought requried XM, and there were stipulations on about the CD player.

I can tell you from experience, the connection through FM is not bad, but installing a direct interface is MUCH Better!
