RickStang? does your username have anything to do with "mustang"? Shelby GT500, MachI, cobra, ? That's what I'm thinking looking at those pics... ???? Nice work, but not for me..

Yeah my friends gave me the nickname rickstang when I was a kid because I loved mustangs, and I've owned 2 of them.
Thanks

I've owned some 'stangs myself ('65, 71, & 73) but those days were long ago, now I only drive cars with the bowtie emblem!
Do some side stripes and you will have a Hummer GT500..

All that chrome....

Dip it all red and then post an update. As it sits, it doesn't know what it is...black/chrome with red accents or black/red with chrome accents.

I'm a fan of keeping things simple. I say pick 2 colors and go with those.

are you getting the hummer itself painted red? cause I think that's the only way that it is going to look good IMO. sorry but that looks hideous to me, but that's just my opinion

I have to agree, it doesn't look good to me.

When I read the title, I had other first impressions in mind. I thought highlighting a few minor details with red would be sexy as hell. I had the "H3" emblam in mind, the wheels, and a few other small items in mind. Couple that with black on red seat covers and it would look great.

now if you were to get the top half, say down to the wheel arches painted red and the get some sort of small design line painted there and leave the bottom black to make it two toned now that would look pretty killer

I would have to agree with some of the others.. I dont think that looks good at all.. Just looks out of place at the top... Maybe if you added some more somewhere... Love your rig though, but have to keep it real with ya...

I appreciate your comments. Im all about constructive criticism. I thought it over and if I dip all the chrome red I think that is too much red so I will probably dip all the chrome except for the grille and sidesteps black. And i will bring the red down to the bottom of the windows. I will probably do it in a couple weeks and then post an update. Thanks for the comments guys.
