That's right! Who wants to see where they've been anyway? I wanna' see where I'm going! Besides that's what they make the backup camera for.

I always remember the line from Cannonball Run, when the Italian race car driver ripped off the rear view mirror prior to the start of the raceand said; "What's behind me, is of no concern."
