Default Rear Lift Blocks

What all is involved with installing some rear lift blocks on coil springs? Who's done it and what did it take?

I'm sure I can figure it out but I want to make sure there isn't any surprised since its already upwards of 110 degrees outside in this hell hole AZ.

Thanks!

lift the truck up high enough to put the spacers on under the springs, then you will need to take the load off the springs, sometimes depending on how high you are able to lift it you might have to get in there was say a bottle jack to get the springs to unseat
just make sure you have the rubber grommets (i put top and bottom on mine so they wouldnt squeak)

then go enjoy your new lift :-P

Thanks for the info. I wanted to make sure all the hoses and lines would be fine for 1-1.5" lift blocks. After doing the green keys I want to raise the rear just a bit. Even though she sits completely level because the front wheel wells are so much bigger than the rear it looks like she's high in the front.

Awesome, thank you sir.

How have you been, haven't seen you in a while. Seems the traffic here is mostly brand new members recently.

Oh yeah, you might want to find out about new shocks.... I dont think 1.5 inches is the limit of the stock but just in case lyou should look into it

i know with my 3 inch spacers i had to get new shocks because the stock shocks would be at the tops of their limit and so rendered useless
