Default Rear doors not locking

I have an 03 H2 and the rear doors and hatch are not locking when I use the remote or the drivers buttons. Front doors are working fine. I dont hear any cylinder movement in the rear doors or hatch when trying to lock them. All doors unlock fine. The rear doors must be manually locked and the hatch lock button located just inside the hatch door will not lock the hatch either (locks the front doors fine).

I tried reprogramming the lock and unlock features as well as disconnecting the battery.

Could be a fuse - had the same thing happen on my rear hatch - a little concerning since there's no manual way to lock it.

The door lock on my right rear passenger door will not consistently lock. (It just started doing this.) The "key" symbol on the door lock (on the inside of the car) remains lit up even though the door is not locked from the outside. When I press the door lock on that door to lock it, I hear the lock go "clickclick" but the door doesn't lock. Sometimes it will lock from the panel on the driver's side door and sometimes the remote will work. Most of the time it it will not lock at all. However, if you use the remote to lock all the doors and even though the rt rear door does not lock, if you then open that door from the outside the alarm will go off. I called the local dealership who told me the door latch is $219.00 and is probably worn out. Could this be? Why would it work intermittently?

Default Fuse

If it was a fuse then the doors wouldn't lock or unlock correct?
The rear doors and hatch DO unlock just not lock.
I checked the relays but I cant find anything that has the rear doors and hatch seperate from the front doors or other options.

Oh yeah. I also took the panel of the hatch off and lubed everything. I also tested the wiring and it IS getting power to it for both lock and unlock. But the lock just wont make any noise or make anything move in the hatch or rear doors.
