Default Rear Brake Caliper Leak

While doing a visual inspection under my H3 the other day, I noticed what look like a slow leak coming from one of my rear brake calipers. I've been keeping an eye on my brake fluid levels and it hasnt got low yet but I see a caliper rebuild in the VERY near future.

Anyone have experience rebuilding one of these calipers? Any tips I should know before jumping into that project? Thanks!

when I was a kid and wheel cylinders cost $2.50 we rebuilt them! now when calipers are $25-99, I buy new ones!
I don't know what the h3 cal costs but a new/rebuilt is ezr

Yeah I can find any tutorials about rebuilding them online so I might end up buying a new caliper and replacing it.

Keeping that rig for a long time? NAPA gives a lifetime warranty.

BTW, if your master cylinder is not losing fluid, then your leak is from another source. Is it possibly a rear diff leak?
