Default Random Throttle Position Sensor Voltage

Hey guys! I am in need of some expertise. The vehicle:
1995 Hummer H1 6.5 NA
Recently had the transmission and transfer care rebuilt.
New Injector pump and TPS.
The vehicle was driving around very smoothly for the first 10 days and then today... The transmission went into safe mode. I hooked up my Tech 1 and did some live data reading. I found code 21 (high TPS voltage). I then did live data readings and noted that the TPS would vary in throttle position even when at idle. It would jump from 20% open to 0% to 8% and everything else in between. I am thinking that there is a voltage being induced or added to the line. Has anyone heard of this or can give me a clue where to start looking?
I have a tech manual for troubleshooting the electrical but no electrical schematics. Can someone help me out with an electrical schematic of the system or better yet the whole truck. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
