Question: Help with selecting new tires for a 2009 H2 (LUXURY)
I am looking to replace all 4 Goodyear Wrangler SR-A: LT 305/60R20 D 118S (OE Tires) with the Terra Grappler LT305/55R20 E 121S.
Is the 5 millimeter difference in the aspect ratio an issue? What about the difference in load and speed range? Any other tire AT tire options?
On tiretrack.com, they show only 2 tires in the OE size (both Goodyear wranglers). I also found a Toyo Open Country AT: LT 305/60R20 123S E/10, but I much prefer the Grapplers.
Usage: 95% on-road/5% off-road use in South Florida.
This is my first Hummer purchased 2 weekes ago. Thanks in advance for any advice/options and Happy New Year to all!!

could possibly look at bridgestone dueler a/t revo 2's. the 20s might be hard to find though too. they only come in 17s it looks like so they wont work for you. tire rack might not show all of the sizes though.
maybe some 315s would be worth looking into instead of the 305s. there might more choices in 315 with a 20" rim. 315 is the stock size on all the other h2s judging by tire rack and some posts on the forum.
just a thought,
steve

Cashville, I looked for a month or so & I never did find an 09' to buy that could justify the price difference. They're pretty much identical except the one year & most of the 09's were anywhere from 15-20k difference in price. But, those were the ONLY two years I was looking for because of the newer upgrades (& they make a BIG Difference). jmo

I'm probably going to stick with an 08 H2, Black or Gray, black interior (there are so many with red interior, and I don't like it), with about 30k miles...

OK...so I inquired with Nitto to get the answer on fitting the 2009 H2 Luxury with LT325/60R20 Terra Grapplers. I was advised that they would fall within their tolerance range for recommended fitments, also noting that the LT325/60R20 Terra Grappler is rated to 106 mph (do not exceed). However, in terms of fitment, they deferred to the recommendation of my tire dealer. My GM dealership (former Hummer dealership) advises these tires will fit and I will be placing my order.
