Default Question for all Hummer owners...........

I was curious if anyone here has had their Hummer vandalized by some tree-hugger? I've done some browsing around on the net for "Hummer-haters" and the like, and I can't believe that some inconsiderate clown would actually scratch my truck....And if I ever caught him....

My 2006 H3 is the best SUV I've ever owned. It still amazes me every day I drive it, the ride, the comfort level etc.....

I live in one of the most liberal towns in Virginia and the only thing that has happend to me is somone left a piece of paper under the windshield wiper advising me of 10 ways to make my Hummer green. Oh I almost forgot, someone left raw meat under my windshield wiper. I didn't think too much about it because they did the same to a Corvette down the street and my wife's Trailblazer.

Not me. I have read some very "negative" run-ins with some haters, but I have only ever had compliments.

Sorry about your truck! Some people will always be jerks, the good news at least, is that the Global Warming hysteria seems to be petering out.

We havn't had any vandalism here in Jersey yet, but our's is my wife's daily driver. They're likely afraid of her, as well they should be! LOL

I did get cussed at over a year ago by a mean old bitty driving a Toyota Highlander while tanking up. That was when gas was at the $4 mark and it was apparently my fault as best I could decipher. I smiled and told her that I commute to work by train every day, what's wrong with having some fun on the weekends. Then I slipped in the fact that she needed to trade into a Civic because I heard that they get real good mileage and we should all be driving them. Then she huffed that SHE NEEDS THE ROOM! When she realized that I was ragging on her on she returned to cursing. I felt a little uncomfortable but thought rolling up the window would have been rude mid "Conversation" so I just maxed out some Slovenian Polka on the Monsoon and signalled to her that I couldn't hear her. That forced her to roll up her window instead! LOL

Best to go out, relax, and have some fun with your conservative friends before doing something rash: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zH27...eature=related

The worst I've ever gotten was my stupid neighbour at my beach house, she's an old lady and the first time she saw it in our beach house driveway she said "Now why would you want a thing like that?"

Other than that I've only gotten compliments. The H3 has better emissions than most SUV vehicles and under "Gas Guzzler?" it is rated "No" by the US Government. It scores a 7/10 on the EPA scale which is better than most mid sized pick up trucks and large size SUV's.

I think websites like "fuh2.com" are really stupid. Based on the fact that most Hummers (new ones, and certainly H3's) have better emissions than MOST large vehicles, this whole "Hummer Hate" has turned into nothing but hating on the SIZE and SHAPE of the vehicle.

That being said, the issue with large vehicles and their emissions/pollution/gas guzzling has nothing to do with size. If you think that every American is going to switch to a Toyota Prius you're crazy, people want big cars and that will NEVER change. What needs to change is the technology inside of our big cars, not the cars themselves.

Some fùcking moron tattoed my car with a key only 15 days after buying it, and wrote "polluter" on the drivers side back door. My H3 is black so you REALLY see it... Funny thing is that I live in a place of the word where the streets are packed with Ferraris, Maserattis, Porsches, Lambos, Bentleys and such, which probably pollute twice more than my small H3...

I am pretty sure people are scared to touch my Hummers. The bumper stickers say a lot.

Now it appears you have four Hummers. Good going.
What do the bumper stickers say?
