Hi !! I'm looking to buy a used H2 and found one online I'm considering. How can I tell if it has the self-leveling air suspension? The girl that is selling it doesn't know if it does. There is a button on the dash with a picture of a trailer on it. Is this it? I need to pull a rather large boat trailer so this feature is important to me. Thanks for any info. Patti

 

No. The switch on the dash puts the transmision in tow mode. Tell her to look behind the rear bumper, there she will see 2 air pumps or on top of the rear axel for air bags, if it has air ride.

 

A much easier way is to look at the dash. If there is a button under the tow/Haul button that shows a picture of a H2 with an arrow pointing up and an arrow pointing down. That is the ride hieght controll button. Or if you cannot figure that out open the back hatch. Look to the right. If there is a switch on the side panel that says (Air Compressor) with a nipple underneigh it you have air ride.
