its great to know that mine is doing great! i did have to go back for the TPM light but found that when they put the after market rims on they did'nt install the monitors on the 18's. and the chrome hood insert has a flaw from the factory that went unnoticed but as soon as the new one comes it will be fixed with the roof caps. and the dealer gave me a H3 to drive while the put the monitors in. it had 13 miles on it. i thought they would give me a cobalt to drive but i can say i've been very happy with my service as far!!!!

 

YA that tpm light will never go off when you had you rims replace should told them to put those back on.

 

Dilo I have another concern, i am not sure its my paranoia already or if it also is a problem..... I could swear in the begining when I had the sunroof open there was hardly any wind inside the car, Now in the front i feel it enough on my head, but i can tell it would be like a tornado for anyone sitting in the back seat well lets just say i am sure they gonne get hit in the face.... also when sunroof opens a little plastic bracket pops in the front that i guess is supposed to deflect the wind. if you stick ur had under it do u feel a lot of wind ? cause in mine u do.... i thought wind is supposed to go above it and over the car not under it and into the car..... i am thinking that could be cause by the poorly installed sunroof, on the back side its way too low. not sure if u have a sunroof but if not perhaps someone else could help me out with this ? Do you get windnoise ? very little, minimal ? or simply wind gets in and its normal ? I drove my friends infinity with roof open and i could not feel any wind at all inside the car

 

That piece should not come falling off and it is a big moonroof 3ft you will have some wind on my 4runner i would have to open the window a crack in the hatch that would relieve the presure that one thing i liked about the 4runner the back window would go down only on the toyotas they do.

 

hmmmm I did not say anything came falling off i just said if u stick ur finger in that space between the plastic and the car top, lots of wind in there........... the plastic pops up when the roof opens, to deflect wind, but i am wondering if mine is doing it right :/

 

Ok I did some research, and I dont think going through a lawyer is a good idea to start with.... I read up on the Lemon Law and it states you can get a lawyer and go through the court, but...... if you lose that case you can not use the Lemon Law anymore..... I think it will be wiser to go that way first, and if it doesn't work then get a lawyer..... I am sending a letter today to GM manufacturer Lemon Law representative stating they are getting their last chance to fix the car. That's what Lemon Law requires, then I will open a case cause I am sure they will fix nothing.

 

this is my first time here, here's my problem with my H3. Day1: after i picked up my new H3, about 34 miles from the dealership "SERV 4WD" light goes off next day brought the H3 back to dealership. after 3 days they fixed the H3 and i picked up my H3 then about 8-10 miles from the dealership the "SERVR 4WD" light goes off again. brought it back right away and got it after 5 days. problem#2: after 3 months everything looks good until "CHECK ENGINE" turned on! after 2 weeks h3 was repaired and picked up... problem #3: after 4 months a new problem again. when i start the engine all the instrument and guages and speedometer not working on my dashboard BUT my radio and some lights were on. brought to dealership right away BUT they didn't not see any problems, they even called HUMMER tech support. BUT, (here we go again) after i picked up my h3 guess what! "LOW TIRE PRS" light goes on and off and i guess i'll be seeing my service adviser again tomorrow... i'll let you know if i get another error.

 

HA! your H3 is f'd up like i've never heard.
