Problem with the radio
I have had my H3 for a few weeks now and have had a few minor problems I want the dealer to address. One is the radio. When I picked it up, the sales woman told me that the radio would display the information coming from local AM/FM stations. Like the station call letters, name, song title, artist, etc... However, it didn't work and she said it was because the local stations don't broadcast that way. Well, every other person I know with a radio like that says they work just fine. My girlfriend has a 5 year old Alero and her's does it just fine.
Anyone else having this problem? Is the radio supposed to display this stuff or was she wrong on that?

RE: Problem with the radio
I think there are several systems or standards that are used to display that information. Not all radio stations have it at all, and many that do use an older standard that isn't supported by the H3's radio. I don't see that information either, except for XM stations.

That could be. Although, my brother as an '06 Colorado and it works fine for him. I wouldn't think the H3 radio is much different than his. Then again, I could be wrong.
I had another problem come up this weekend. We had a heat wave in Wisconsin pushing the mercury up near 100. I was coming out of a store and noticed a big bulge forming on the sidewall of my spare tire. Yeah, they better be replacing that.

When did the spare start to bulge?..That's weird...They'll probably go swap one from a H3 on the lot, just to get you on your way.
The A/C is an easy fix
Which speaker rattles/buzzes?..Do you have the Monsoon system with the sub?

RE: Problem with the radio
It just started to bulge this past weekend. The temps were high, but I still wouldn't expect that to happen without any weight on the tire. I just noticed over lunch another spot starting to form. There must be some weak points in the side wall. Everyone should check their tires.
It is the speaker in the front, passenger side door. It was very quite at first and got louder and louder as time went on. It happened at all speeds and volume levels. The only constant was that it was when there was some bass coming through. I think it may have been a glue issue because after the 95+ degree heat here over the past few days it seems to have stopped. The sound out of the speaker was fine so I think it may have just been loose in the housing. Oh, and I do have the Monsoon system.
