ORIGINAL: Dennis

Old H2 dealer dudes still call the H3 colors by what the h2 called them...i.e., Shorty calls Boulder gray, Pewter..Old habits I'll bet.

its almost the same color i thought that when you work with them all the time just want to busted them

Dennis,

What are the details on this?

Price, turn around time. I don't want to be a party pooper but these first #s don't really get me jumpin up and down.

Can he program the horn to sound like a living goat instead of a dead one?

I have a call into Jay..I haven't heard from him since last Friday...I too am waiting on the newest results..Like he said though, the DYNO shop for 4X4s is pretty booked up, so I'm sure he has to schedule it in when they have an openning...

I hate the whimpy horn too..I'm going to look around at truck parts stores and the likes and see if I can find one that sounds like it has some *****...The physical mounting is pretty standard.

Ok...The results are in on the latest Dyno test....I'm very impressed...and now I highly recommend those of you still interest to step up to the plate and place your order for your PCM to be reprogrammed.
Quote from Jay:
Dennis,
This was the Dyno with all of the following. Volant Cold Air Box, Volant Cat-Back Exhaust, and a reflashed ECM. The room temp was hot 90+ degrees and I was averaging 37-40 flywheel HP increase over stock. This is mostly complete and ready to sell. I am still working on some Cam phasing for a possible upgrade to customers... Just to let you know, I tested this with a magnaflow exhaust as well and the results were nearly the same.

Dennis, can you clarify the difference in the written increases and what we see on the graph. A rough guestimate looks more like 13-14 HP increase based on the graph.

Thanks

Most All dyno reports tend to lean on the Flywheel hp..looks more impressive..But in reality with the H3's drive train is that, there is an approx. 61% power loss from flywheel to tires..the dyno graphs above are at the wheels, work that backwards and you end up with flywheel horse power....The GM advertized 220HP for this I5 3.5L, is at the flywheel.
