Potential BCM Problem? Also a question with pic.
First off, hello. This is my first post, as I am usually just a lurker. Lots of good information of the forum.
To the problem. I was driving around the other day. I had already turned off/on the H3 a couple times now. I go to turn it off again and the key will not come out of the ignition. Everything shut down (except for the radio, being the key stops on the acc), but I could not remove the key for the life of me. At the same time, the windshield wipers stopped working completely. They are in the "home" position, but will not operate on any setting. Fuse checked out good. Also, sunroof will not operate. I disconnected the positive battery terminal for a few hours to "reset" the system, but had no effect. From what I read it sound like a Body Control Module issue? But I'm only guessing.
Also, what am I looking at in the picture? I found that when it was disconnected, I could remove the key from the ignition. But also found that it doesn't seem to have any affect on the operation of the vehicle when left disconnected. The truck turns on and shuts off with no issues.
Any help is appreciated.

Was able to fix the problem myself. Good thing too, cause the stealerships would've robbed me blind on this one probably.
Was looking at my fuses, because my sub quit working and I have my remote wire for it wired into the fuse for the sunroof. That fuse was blown. Replaced it and hooked the black thing that I have a picture of back up for sh*ts and giggles. Everything works fine now.
