Plasti Dip
Good evening all. I'm checking to see if anyone has any pix they would like to share on their results with Plasti Dip. I've watched a few videos, seen plenty of wheel/badges done, seen plenty of Jeep examples but I haven't seen any H3 pics. Just looking for some ideas. Thanks

yeah, ive seen a few members on here that have used it on various parts and have had no complaints as of yet. i have used it on the axle skid plates to test it out and the only thing that i noticed was that after a short time, the coating began to wrinkle up and peel in certain areas. that being said, i would not recommend using it for any body panels to get any sort of durable protection. i think that members on here have been using spray bedliner instead with good results....

There is a guy on another forum painted his whole 3 with it. You have to make sure you put plenty of coats on and clear it to keep it from peeling, but on CHO there are plenty of people using it for protection purposes

I have used Platidip quite a bit, I feel that it is really hard to get it even when used on large surfaces but works great for rims and things like that.
A client have asked me to do a whole car just to try it so will probably do it in a few weeks just to se how it turns out when using a spray gun instead of cans and do it like a regular paint job.
