I have yet to take it to the strip, but I will once I get more comfortable with the power level. I haven't driven it much since I bought it this december to be honest, but I've already shelled out for new wheels and tires (no not the ones in the picture) and I'm looking to buy a big brake kit for it after I get my new wheels installed and put in the full length sub frame connectors. The car is an animal though. Its a real power trip, to say the least.
Previous owner ran 11.50x @ 127 though, luckily that is as fast as you can go without a cage so he didn't get kicked out lol. Fastest the car has trapped is 128 & change. I've yet to floor it in 1st. In the colder weather and old tires it got sideways in a hurry going 35mph in 3rd

Im another car fanatic I have a 2002 25th anniversary Chevy Camaro Z28 ... pushing 450rwhp... And my wife has a 2006 Chrysler 300C... (HEMI) That is stock but i don't think for long... some pics of the camaro...

I agree with HG and Bob, that just made me miss my Camaro (69 with a 307, 2 sp Powerglide)

Yeah I have absolutely no idea why he did that. The car wasn't his, and the guy wasn't really afraid to beat on it. It had dealer tags, go figure. He was pretty reckless, there was some stuff that my friend didn't get on the camera, like when he wanted to go from a stop on that road after he tried to do a flyby on me.... in the middle of a bunch of traffic[:'(]
He was pretty nuts. I'm partially glad that he weaved through traffic and got away from me though, because I would have done something stupid, and that was on the old tires that came on the car. which which meant that anything could have happened.

a preview of my new wheels... (sorry about the cell phone pic). I've been away from home since these came in, so this is the best I have on me right now. Oh, and I put a new bassani catted midpipe on the car, which got rid of the drone in the car. Sounds a lot more refined and less raspy, but still loud when you get on it. OK, not nearly as loud. That set up was loud as hell. I'd have kept it if PGH didn't have all of those hills. The drone was killer right around 2200 rpm, iirc.
